Tewantin Runners is born from the desire to connect with like-minded people as passionate about running as much as we are.
We aim to build a supportive community and share our wealth of knowledge in running, ultra-running, strength and conditioning.
Over 9 weeks training blocks, we cover Strength, Injury Prevention, Running Form, Speed, Endurance and help you build the mental strengt to run 5 km or 5000 km!
